WHAT YOU NEED | SMART mobile device and a good internet connection

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A SMART PHONE? | Computer links are available to be sent via email, but you must specify you need this method.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN |

  1. You will be sent an appointment link via SMS text to set up a video telemed visit.

  2. You will first enter any critical patient information, so that our provider can access your charts.

  3. After you have entered your information, you will be placed in a virtual waiting room. Your provider will join you shortly.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG AND WE CAN’T CONNECT VIA TELEMED? | It is likely your provider will try to call you by phone. If you receive a call from a blocked number, please answer immediately. This is likely the Bella team trying to get in touch with you.

WILL I BE BILLED FOR TELEMED? | Yes. Telemed visits will be billed to insurance or invoiced for payment just like normal appointments.
