WHAT TO DO AFTER HOURS
WHAT TO DO WHEN ISSUES EMERGE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT OR ON A WEEKEND
option 1 | Emergencies
If you have an urgent need or medical emergency, please go directly to the Emergency Room or call 911. Please do not wait for a Bella provider, especially after hours or over the weekend. Your safety is very important to us. Patients with COVID-19 should be especially careful, as the disease can change quickly.
option 2 | non-emergent, but urgent

Telemed Visit Instructions
WHAT YOU NEED | SMART mobile device and a good internet connection
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A SMART PHONE? | Computer links are available to be sent via email, but you must specify you need this method.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN |
You will be sent an appointment link via SMS text to set up a video telemed visit.
You will first enter any critical patient information, so that our provider can access your charts.
After you have entered your information, you will be placed in a virtual waiting room. Your provider will join you shortly.
WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG AND WE CAN’T CONNECT VIA TELEMED? | It is likely your provider will try to call you by phone. If you receive a call from a blocked number, please answer immediately. This is likely the Bella team trying to get in touch with you.
WILL I BE BILLED FOR TELEMED? | Yes. After-hour telemed visits will be billed to insurance or invoiced for payment just like regular appointments.
