get to know nicky attiksson

Nicky Attkisson is a Family Nurse Practitioner with Bella Health + Wellness. She is passionate about creating a partnership with her patients to promote holistic health, wellness, and to optimize their quality of life. She loves and appreciates natural methods to help support patient's goals while respecting all the revolutionary interventions that time and wisdom have brought to this day and age.

She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who completed her masters of science in nursing at Regis University. She completed her undergraduate in nursing at University of Northern Colorado. She's worked as a surgical nurse for three years and then moved to her passion as a Labor and Delivery RN for the past four years. Nicky was fortunate enough to complete her last semester of graduate school clinicals at Bella and fell in love with the mission, the team, the patients, and the culture. She loves working here where the center of all that we do is serving our patients with dignified, quality, holistic, evidence-based care.

Nicky has a husband, a 2-year-old little boy, and a dog. She enjoys all things outdoors, especially hiking, picnicking, and camping. Being a mom has been the greatest joy and challenge she's ever experienced, and she looks forward to expanding her family.
