Fertility Awareness (also known as Natural Family Planning or N.F.P.) is a natural approach to fertility regulation. All methods of fertility awareness offered at Bella are based on science and empower you to make decisions based on your individual biologic data. We offer multiple approaches, so that you can choose the method right for you.

Bella is a multi-specialty medical practice, offering Obstetrics, Gynecology, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Functional Medicine. Couples who choose marriage preparation at Bella often want more than just education, they want the security of knowing their fertility journey is being guided by a medical team of natural reproductive health doctors, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses.

Many couples opt to continue their health care at Bella following marriage preparation, but our education is open to both registered patients and non-patients alike. In fact, our online offerings are often taken by people outside the State of Colorado looking for the medical perspective in natural fertility awareness.

Yes. Our courses meet all requirements for marriage preparation and are accompanied with Certificates of Completion upon successful completion of courses.

which approach is “most popular” among marriage preparation couples?

Although both approaches offer high rates of success, we find many couples prefer Marquette as they are just starting out. Marquette’s use a ClearBlue Fertility Monitor helps many couples feel like they are getting a more objective reading of their fertility windows.
