Get to know Drew Lawler

Drew Lawler is one of our Certified Nurse Midwives and Family Nurse Practitioners. Yes, even as a male he is still called a midwife but you can call him the "Delivery Man” if you'd like! From Texas and the youngest of 6 children, Drew has known since he was little that God created him to deliver babies and take care of families. He attained his first bachelor’s degree in Health and Biology from Texas A&M University followed by his Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Houston. 

Throughout the past 10 years, Drew has done many medical mission trips where his passion for helping others and delivering babies has grown. Drew spent 3 years in Austin, Texas as a high risk labor and delivery nurse before going back to graduate school at Vanderbilt University where he attained his Certified Nurse Midwife and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees.

Outside of work, he enjoys Crossfit, volleyball, traveling, his Catholic faith, and doing just about anything outdoors!
