CYCLE CHARTING

natural fertility awareness based methods

WHY A NATURAL APPROACH MATTERS

Our bodies reflect an innate dignity and brilliant design. They are naturally made to do amazing things.

In fact, when we nurture our bodies and work in cooperation with our natural cycles, we increase our mindfulness, reduce our exposure to harmful synthetics, and restore our souls.

Knowing more about how the female body works, and how our cycles are related to our physical and mental wellbeing, is a significant step forward in understanding who we are and why we were made.

New advances in natural reproductive fertility education offer hope to women looking to regulate their fertility, couples looking to conceive, or women returning to fertility postpartum.

We become more mindful. We become more empowered. We become more whole.

TWO METHODS | CREIGHTON & MARQUETTE

HOW MANY FERTILITY CHARTING APPROACHES ARE TAUGHT AT BELLA?

Bella offers classes on three natural fertility regulation approaches.

  1. Marquette Method | Charting fertility through hormone changes evident in the urine. An easy-to-read fertility monitor makes this a straightforward, easy-to-use method.

  2. Creighton Method | Charting fertility through changes in mucus biomarkers. A good method for women who really want to deep dive into understanding their fertility. Creighton may be especially useful for couples receiving advanced treatments for infertility.

  3. Combination Method | Women who are seriously avoiding pregnancy, struggling with infertility, perimenopausal, or simply feel like Marquette or Creighton alone have not worked well for you, the Bella team is well-versed in creating individualized fertility plans based on your medical needs.

which method is chosen most often by women?

Marquette is often preferred by women because it utilizes an easy-to-read urinalysis instrument to assess hormone levels in the urine. This may feel more objective for many women.

However, Creighton may be preferred when working with a NaPRO Technology provider at Bella to achieve pregnancy, or for women struggling with issues like PCOS, cycle irregularities, and other health complications.
